Our Business Model: PROCHEMA’s business model is oriented to the marketing and distribution of specially-chosen, chemical and native raw materials and additives, where success is not just based on transport and warehousing logistics, but – above all – where highly qualified, commercially and/or technically demanding sales performance is to be effected

-    in conjunction with knowledge of worldwide demand, trends in pricing and supply

-    the greater correlation with the European market

-    and/or knowledge of the product’s functionality in solving and handling specific, customer problems.

This applies, in many cases, to products, which require

-    a rapid flow of information between customer markets and producers and back again to customers.

We have purposely focused on select, industrial customer branches and the exclusive representation of carefully evaluated manufacturers, who hold to our mutual obligation to maintain a continuous and long-term business association. This specialization allows us to competently service and advise our customers, ensure an unbroken product supply, arrange for a fair, yet competitive, pricing structure and recognize and prepare for future shifts in market behavior. It is this focus, which allows us to take our place among the best.

As the representative of our principals, we work systematically and plan long-term. As a customer-oriented, distribution organization, we offer that special extra in individual and unbureaucratic attentiveness. For us, “customer-oriented” means maintaining regular, personal contact with our customers and an exact knowledge of their needs, which we use in the planning, pricing and production processes of our principals. As the commissioned distribution organization of our principals, we see ourselves simultaneously as the mandatory of our regular customers, ensuring they are always provided what they need. Lucrative, short-term business opportunities auxiliary to our activities for regular customers are definitely not our goal.
